Our Capability
Our speciality is the design, construction, operation and maintenance of turnkey process plants. Consulmet's turnkey offering delivers a fast-tracked, complete processing solution.
Consulmet is a world leader in Dense Media Separation (DMS) technology. We developed our first DMS modules in 2006 and now have dozens operating in mines worldwide for major producers.
Consulmet's core expertise in gravity separation extends to designing and constructing plants for battery metals and minerals, including copper, lead, lithium, nickel and zinc.
Consulmet has designed and built cutting-edge iron ore beneficiation plants using various upgrade technologies, including super-high dense media separation, spirals and magnetic separation.
Consulmet has designed and built concentrators and pre-concentrators for copper, lead, nickel and zinc using elutriation, flotation, spiral concentration and DMS.
Consulmet is a world leader in diamond processing. We have designed and built complete diamond plants ranging in capacity from 1,500 tph down to small, skid-mounted bulk sampling plants.

Our Products
Consulmet's 65 tph two-stage lithium Dense Media Separation (DMS) plant is a rapidly deployed solution for lithium recovery or pre-concentration. Our unique solution eliminates the need for on-site poured concrete and is available in sixteen (16) weeks ex-works South Africa.
Consulmet offers a complete range of in-house designed and built DMS/DMC modules and plants for battery metals, base metals, iron ore, coal, diamonds and industrial minerals.
Our ore sorting plants incorporate lessons from over a decade of designing, building and operating sorting plants.
Consulmet pioneered the use of XRT machines in full-scale production diamond plants. We now offer a complete modularised solution for the recovery of large diamonds.
