Coal Handling and Wash Plants

Consulmet can provide a complete turnkey coal handling and wash plant for capacities up to 1,000 tph.  All plants are designed and fabricated to the stringent standards of the Australian coal industry.  Our coal wash plants incorporate:

Coal Filter Press Plants

The Consulmet-MPteq range of fully automatic coal filter press plants provides efficient dewatering for head feeds up to 500 tph.

Mineral Sands Plants

Consulmet has designed and built HMS plants for zircon, rutile and ilmenite in Australia and Africa.  Our dry and wet separators use tried and proven technologies, including spirals, magnetic separators (LIMS and WHIMS) and shaking tables. We have considerable experience in the front end design of mineral sands plants for high clay ores.
